The San Francisco Soup Company is a Bay-area based retailer of sandwiches, salads, chili, snacks, and of course, soup.  While their 16 locations are mostly in downtown office tower and street locations, to cater to business people during lunch and breaks, they also have some mall and airport food court locations.  
Valerio has worked with Steve Sarver, the founder and President of this regional fast-casual chain to help them expand and build a brand presence.   Valerio has been involved with Steve from the first few store locations and completing 3-5 restaurants per year since.
