SanSai Japanese Grill- Fullerton

The San Sai Japanese Grill concept, with locations in California and Missouri, was taken over by a new ownership group which planned to reinvigorate the brand from the menu, to the store design, even the logo, and then renovate existing locations and expand the brand to new neighborhoods.  San Sai turned to Valerio to assist in all of these elements due to our position as a leading firm in the market of fast-casual restaurant design.
Valerio Architects has worked with San Sai's new management to re-evaluate every aspect of the existing design, create new concepts for existing and new restaurant locations, and assist in the evaluation of new locations.  Valerio's team has worked closely with San Sai to identify potential locations, and has begin to work on the first new concept location.
