Tender Greens is a local brand of casual quick-serve restaurants started in Southern California by a trio of entrepreneurs.  A favorite of all who try it, the chain has expanded from their original location in Culver City to three more locations, with more being planned.  Valerio Architects approached the owners of Tender Greens to assist in their expansion, help them to define their visual trade dress, and strategize how to achieve their desired architectural & aesthetic  goals in a wide variety of spaces as they continued to expand.  Valerio has assisted the Tender Greens owners with their existing restaurants, to evaluate potential new locations, and with the design & construction of several new locations.
