Boadie's American Kitchen is a high quality, fast casual all-American bistro. Valerio created the initial concepts and prototype design for the company, assisted with real estate evaluations, and provided architectural and entitlement services once the first location was chosen. The new prototype design was implemented with the construction of a ±3500 sq.ft. bistro in Carmel, California in 2005. This store was designed as the prototype test case for future roll-outs.
