Lawrence L. Frank and Walter Van de Kamp co-founded the original Lawry's The Prime Rib on La Cienega Boulevard in Beverly Hills, California. Through the years, the basic elements of Lawry's The Prime Rib have remained virtually unchanged.
Valerio was tapped by the family owned company to assist with their expansion program on architectural, design, and permitting/entitlement issues. Valerio has a direct relationship with the company's ownership, and works closely with the President and CEO.  Valerio has assisted Lawry's in looking at locations throughout the country in which to expand their original Lawry's Prime Rib full-service restaurants, and has worked on the new Lawry's Carvery quick casual prototype development and new locations.
