One of the services that puts Valerio ahead is having an in-house permit expediting/ entitlement studio led by Elizabeth Valerio. Valerio’s Entitlements team acts as a consultant and an advisor for each project, overseeing initial due diligence site assessments, code review and analysis, as well as leading permit expediting nationwide. In addition Valerio’s Entitlements team can help to file and act on behalf of the client for a wide range of entitlements approvals including CUP’s, CUB’s, Review Board hearings, neighborhood associations and alcohol.
